(D.Min) is Lead Pastor of Light & Life Christian Fellowship, an urban multi-ethnic church, which has planted dozens of churches locally and globally. He is a Superintendent of the Free Methodist Church in Southern California & has authored/co-authored three books including “15 Characteristics of Effective Pastors”. He loves snow skiing, boating, & dating his wife, Deb.
