His pastoral experience includes serving over 25 years as a lead pastor, and he is passionate about seeing churches thrive. Doug graduated from Anderson University and Anderson School of Theology and he holds a doctorate from Fuller Theological Seminary. He resides in the Indianapolis area with his wife Cindy.
